TPCA offers legal consultation services exclusively to Active (Full) Members through its General Counsel. These services are limited to legal consultation only and do not include legal representation. The General Counsel is employed or retained by TPCA and does not represent individual members.
Active Members are permitted direct access to the General Counsel at no charge for consultations via phone calls, emails, and, when appropriate, limited office visits. Members utilizing these services acknowledge that TPCA retains the right to know which members are accessing the General Counsel, the general legal topics discussed, and the amount of time involved.
