Conference Refund Request

Refund Schedule:

• Before February 19, 2027: full refund less $50 processing fee
  February 20 – March 5, 2027: 50% refund less $50 processing fee
• After March 6, 2027: no refunds, however, swapping attendees is permitted
  
  Registrants who do not cancel their conference registration through the official online form before the first day of the conference remain responsible for all associated fees.
