Purpose: To Support Training Toward the Law Enforcement Command Officer Program (LECOP)

Special thanks to the Fisher Investments Foundation for making this grant possible. The purpose of this grant is to support training toward the Law Enforcement Command Officer Program (LECOP). The Texas Police Chiefs Association (TPCA) is offering competitive grants of up to $1,000 each to support TPCA member organizations in obtaining leadership and command-level training that aligns with LECOP. These grants are designed to strengthen leadership development, enhance operational readiness, support succession planning, and fund training that builds LECOP-related competencies such as ethics, organizational management, and decision-making. Applicants must complete and submit the online application form to be considered for funding. Application deadline: Friday, February 20, 2026.
