What is included with my booth space?

Back/side drape panels, 6’ skirted tables, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket. Any extras can be purchased through Freeman – (Link coming soon)

Will TPCA announce door prize winners live?

TPCA is NOT responsible for managing door prizes. Exhibitors are solely responsible for distributing any door prizes to their winners. TPCA will no longer conduct live door prize announcements.

Booth Cancellation Policy

 Written Cancellation must be made to TPCA staff by February 16, 2026 for a 50% refund
 Written Cancellation made AFTER February 16, 2026 is subject to a 100% cancellation fee
