All agencies will be required to use PM AM software to upload their files. Every accredited agency receives the “Lite” version of PM AM at no cost, with all features needed for TPCA submissions. Optional upgrades are available directly through PM AM but are not required.

Accreditation Next Steps After Application Submission

$500 Application Fee is submitted.
Head of Agency TPCA membership is verified as current.
TPCA Accreditation Agreement is sent for signature of the Head of Agency and supervising authority and returned to TPCA for execution.
TML funding application is signed and submitted (if applicable).
Annual accreditation fee is due within 30 days (unless TML funding applies) of the agreement signature.
PMAM access is granted.
Standard 0 is submitted in PMAM (this submission then automatically notifies TPCA that the agency has successfully gained access to PMAM. Without this initial submission, we cannot move to the next step).
TPCA assigns a Program Coordinator (Mentor) .
All standards, policy documentation, and supporting evidence must be submitted in PMAM no later than six (6) weeks prior to the expiration of the two-year contract signature date.
